- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Gave him my papers on the Monday before Thanksgiving. I asked him when he thought it would be filed, if it would happen before Thanksgiving and he said "maybe". I did not answer any of my mortgage company requests for modification because I thought he was taking care of me. Today, December 16th, he sends me an email that my case is too complicated for him to handle. Complicated? I only own a few properties and I am in financial trouble because my mother died and left me as the co-borrower on her mortgages - Jason never called me to discuss any issues - just walked out on me without any notice. I was told he is the best - if this is the best we have in Jacksonville we are in serious trouble. I cannot believe this guy did this to me. He never called me once - never had a question - he just quit after holding my money and my documents for 22 days. Now I do not know what is going to happen to me because of his irresponsible, uncaring actions. I do not recommend him and I would be wary and afraid to use his services if I were you.By Kristen Adams, September 28, 2016
